Texas Judge Halts Family Unity Program Following Lawsuit

Posted on 08/27/24

Judge Barker of the Eastern District of Texas has temporarily suspended the Keeping Families Together Parole-in-Place Program for a minimum of 14 days, effective August 26, 2024. During this suspension, the USCIS will continue to accept applications for this program, but will not grant any parole approvals until further notice.

This development may impact those currently applying or planning to apply for parole-in-place. We understand the uncertainty and challenges this may cause for applicants and their families. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and is here to provide support and guidance during this time.
