
Jessie Schaller is an Immigration Attorney at Welcome Law Firm. She is a member of the New Mexico State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Jessie attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she actively participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic and Immigration Legal Services nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City. Upon receipt of her Juris Doctor degree, Jessie clerked for Judge Bruce I. Weiss of the Snohomish County Superior Court in Everett, Washington. She began practicing immigration law in Seattle, Washington in 2023.
Jessie is a litigation attorney, representing clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court and in appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Jessie appears before both detained and non-detained courts, and represents clients for immigration bonds in court and with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Additionally, Jessie represents clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in applications for adjustment of status, asylum, and other family-based matters.
