Legal AI Developer
Cristian is a member of the Personal Injury Team at the Welcome Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Connecticut.
In addition to his work supporting personal injury operations, Cristian serves as the firm’s Legal AI Developer, helping design, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence solutions that improve workflows, case management, and operational efficiency across the firm. He works closely with attorneys, staff, consultants, and technology partners to identify opportunities for innovation and leverage technology to better serve clients.
Cristian also serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, assisting with medical records requests, project implementation, and the development and management of client treatment timelines. He collaborates with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to help ensure records are obtained efficiently, case information remains organized, and clients receive responsive, professional support throughout every stage of their case.
