Luis is often the first-person clients speak with at Welcome Law Firm. He welcomes new clients, listens to what happened, and helps them understand the next steps from their very first call. He leads the onboarding process with our legal team, making sure clients know what to expect and feel supported as their case begins. After the retainer is signed, Luis stays in touch with routine check-ins, so clients always have a familiar person to reach out to while their assigned paralegal or case manager handles the details of their case.
Luis has been actively involved in the legal field since 2018 and brings experience in customer service, healthcare, and insurance, which helps him guide clients through medical and claims questions with patience and clarity. He is currently a law student and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Luis’s commitment to this work is personal. After an injury that left him with a torn bicep tendon and a torn rotator cuff at the same time, he knows firsthand how overwhelming life can feel after an accident. He brings that understanding to every client he helps.
