Kimberly joins our firm with more than fifteen years of experience practicing immigration law and a long-standing commitment to helping individuals, families, and employers move forward with confidence. Throughout her career, she has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Immigration Courts, with a strong focus on family-based immigration, removal defense, waivers, VAWA self-petitions, naturalization, and adjustment of status.
What stands out most about Kimberly’s work is her thoughtful and steady approach. She believes in careful case review, clear planning, and open communication so clients understand where they stand and what comes next. Her goal has always been to provide practical, thorough representation while guiding people through the immigration process with professionalism and care.
Kimberly’s background also includes significant experience in employment-based immigration. She began her career as an immigration paralegal, working with Fortune 500 companies on business immigration matters. After law school, she focused her practice on visas and petitions such as L-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, EB-1B, PERM labor certifications, as well as experience with EB-5 and EB-2 cases. She has represented multinational companies, startups, and individual professionals in fields including technology, healthcare, and retail.
This combination of family-based and employment-based experience allows Kimberly to approach cases with a well-rounded perspective that fits squarely with our firm’s mission. For more than two decades, we have focused on protecting families, supporting workers, and providing clear, reliable guidance during some of life’s most stressful moments. Kimberly’s values and experience align closely with that work.
Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas, where she served as a research assistant to an immigration law professor and received the Dallas Bar Association Employment Law Scholarship. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
We are excited to have Kimberly as part of our growing immigration team and look forward to the impact she will have on our clients and our firm.
