Allison Ramirez is the Legal Receptionist and Secretary at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she immigrated to New York City in 2016, where she continued her education attending high school and later graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her academic and personal journey in the U.S. has shaped her strong commitment to helping others, especially within the immigrant community.
As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Allison plays a vital role in ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their legal journeys. Her own experience as an immigrant gives her deep empathy and insight, which she brings to her work every day with compassion and professionalism.
Outside of her legal role, Allison has a strong interest in the arts and fashion design, and enjoys bringing her ideas to life through illustrations. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as skating and swimming.
